1. Digital Products and Services

All purchases of digital products, analytics services, or consulting sessions are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the product has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise used. This includes but is not limited to:

Once work has begun or a deliverable has been provided, we are unable to offer a refund due to the labor and resources already invested.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service before delivery has started, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. In such cases, a full refund may be issued, provided that no work has commenced.

For recurring services (e.g., monthly analytics subscriptions), cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle begins. No refunds will be issued for partial use of services in a billing period.
